Mivida Parcel 8 repeated the Parcel 17 finishing scope on 21 villas: interior and exterior plastering and painting, gypsum board, full electrical works, and tiles, again with A.C.C, EHAF, and Emaar Misr, completed in September 2017.
Parcel 8 is smaller than Parcel 17 but identical in trade list, which is the point: villa finishing had become a repeatable system inside Mivida, not a one-off. Repeat packages on the same compound are how consultants and owners judge whether quality holds when the programme moves to the next cluster.
Together with Parcels 21, 17, and 1A, Parcel 8 completes a New Cairo villa story that runs from structure through envelope and interior finishing, the integrated path we still sell as construction plus finishing under one accountable partner.
