Mivida Parcel 1A

Mivida Parcel 1A combined full concrete structure with exterior plastering and exterior painting on 15 villas for Emaar Misr. CRC Dorra was main contractor; Turner Construction International was consultant. Completed December 2018.

Where Parcel 21 was structure and Parcel 17 was interiors, Parcel 1A closed the villa envelope: concrete, then exterior plaster and paint that set the street elevation. Working under Turner’s consultancy raised the documentation bar and confirmed we could satisfy international construction management on an Emaar site.

The Mivida villas project as a whole demonstrates our ability to manage large-scale residential clusters while maintaining transparency, accountability, and client satisfaction, from first concrete pour to the finished façade.
