Mivida Parcel 17 is a finishing package on 45 luxury villas for Emaar Misr, covering interior and exterior plastering and painting, gypsum board, full electrical works, and tile installation, delivered in 2017 with A.C.C and EHAF.
After the Parcel 21 structure works, Parcel 17 showed that the same company could close the villa as a finished home: wet and dry trades coordinated on dozens of units without losing the compound’s design language. Gypsum, electrics, and tiles were sequenced behind plastering so handover quality stayed consistent across the cluster.
This scale of villa finishing in New Cairo is why we still treat Mivida as a flagship: it proved finishing packages can be industrial in programme and still precise in detail, the same standard we now offer private homeowners through B.O.Q. or lump-sum plans.
