Mivida Parcel 21

Mivida Parcel 21 was our first structure package in Emaar Misr’s Mivida, delivered beside CRC Dorra with AMG as consultant. Full concrete works covered 18 villas, with plastering on 10 villas, completed across late 2016 and early 2017.

The Mivida parcels stand as a cornerstone of our collaboration with CRC Dorra and A.C.C as main contractors, and Emaar Misr as one of Egypt’s most prestigious developers. Across multiple parcels we executed full concrete structures, advanced plastering, painting, electrical installations, and tile works for dozens of luxury villas, each delivered with uncompromising precision.

Parcel 21 established the method we later scaled: supervised concrete on a live compound, consultant sign-off, and plastering that protects the envelope before later finishing packages. It remains a reference for villa-cluster construction in New Cairo.
