Al Maqsad villas (N.A.C R3, D4 and D5) delivered complete concrete structure works for 73 villas, commissioned by City Edge Development and the New Urban Communities Authority, under CRC Dorra management. Completed April 2018.
The Al Maqsad villas project highlights our expertise in shaping Egypt’s new urban future. Our role was pivotal in establishing the architectural character of this flagship residential district in the New Capital: community-scale concrete, repeated villa types, and consultant control at a volume far above a single private house.
Seventy-three villas in one structure package is still one of the clearest proofs that M. Mahgoub Construction can mobilise for national housing and developer work, with durability first, lifestyle architecture second, and both delivered together.
