Rawdet Elobour - East Belbeis Road

Rawdet Elobour is a mixed-use complex of 11 buildings with 396 residential units and 44 commercial units, where we delivered full electrical and full plumbing works for the New Urban Communities Authority, completed October 2023.

The complex is large-scale community infrastructure, not a boutique villa. Complete electrical and plumbing packages had to integrate cleanly across hundreds of units so residents and shops could occupy the buildings without fragmented MEP.

Partnering with NUCA and working under Ain Shams Faculty of Engineering as consultant, the project reflects our ability to execute multi-functional complexes that serve both residential and commercial needs along Cairo’s eastern expansion.
