Sakan Ahl Misr "Ahalina 6" - Al Salheiia

The Al Salheiia package on Ahalina 6 is still in progress: concrete structure and interior plastering on three buildings (232 residential and 24 commercial units), plus electrical, plumbing, and exterior plastering on four buildings (320 residential and 24 commercial units).

Where the Sinoma package is structure on two towers, Al Salheiia extends into interiors and services across more buildings, a fuller slice of the national housing brief. HDEC is consultant; the Urban Development Fund and Engineering Authority remain the owners.

Delivering structure, plastering, electrical, and plumbing on the same public campus is how we argue for integrated contracting: fewer interfaces, clearer accountability, and buildings that can be occupied as complete shells rather than unfinished frames.
