Sakan Ahl Misr “Ahalina 6” with Sinoma CDI is a national housing package: concrete structure works on two 11-floor buildings, commissioned by the Urban Development Fund and the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces.

Ahalina 6 is one of our most ambitious public housing developments. With residential and commercial buildings on the programme, the Sinoma package focused on the structural frame of two towers, the first critical layer before interiors and services.

The work underscores our role in supporting Egypt’s national housing initiatives: modern, durable, community-focused buildings intended to raise living standards for families, delivered beside a specialist main contractor and Vision Consultant.
