The R5 apartment is a private residential unit in the New Administrative Capital, the same city where we built 73 Al Maqsad villas as a structure package for City Edge and NUCA.
Apartment finishing in the New Capital is a distinct brief from villa clusters: floor plates, service shafts, and compound regulations constrain the design, while clients still expect a complete, lifestyle-driven interior. Turnkey finishing, covering electrical, plumbing, floors, paint, ceilings, and décor, plus optional furniture design keeps one team accountable through handover.
Private apartments are not photographed or specified publicly. The New Capital record that is public, including Al Maqsad and our wider 1,000+ units, is the context we bring to an individual R5 home.
