Project story
Private client
Premium plan
R5 is a private apartment in the New Administrative Capital, completed in December 2023: one home, finished and furnished as a complete interior. Reception and dining share the curved living room, the kitchen has its own breakfast corner, and the master bedroom, children's bedroom, and both bathrooms follow the same warm contemporary line.
The stills show the materials and the furniture. The interactive views let you stand in the room and look around the reception, the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the bathrooms. That is the clearest way to read a private interior, and it is why this home is presented apart from the compound work.
Beside the developer portfolio, from Mivida and Al Maqsad to the national housing packages, R5 is the private-client side of the practice. Finishing and furniture are one scope, accountable to a single household, and published here room by room.
