D1 & D2 Buildings - CFC Podium Zone

D1 and D2 in the CFC Podium Zone are two seven-floor administrative buildings. Scope covered masonry plus interior and exterior plastering, with A.C.C as main contractor, Al Futtaim Misr as owner, and RMC as consultant. Completed October 2019.

Located in the heart of Cairo Festival City, the podium buildings showcase proficiency in administrative and commercial construction, not only villa housing. Masonry and plastering across two multi-floor buildings had to meet international standards while producing high-performance shells ready for later fit-out.

The project underscores our ability to handle complex, multi-storey developments with precision and transparency, beside a main contractor and a developer whose brand is built on retail and workplace quality.
